This original painting was created by Artist | Art Therapist MoBella Russo, in honor of her late father, Pasquale Russo. It was created in his garden, with reclaimed materials found in his personal spaces. Using elements of the Artist's background in Metalsmithing and Abstract Expressionist painting, MoBella created this series "Knock, Knock, Knockin' on heaven's Door" as a way to process grief that both they and the broader community feel with losing Pasquale/her Dad.

Thank you for your support of Pasquale's hair salon community in Oak Park, Illinois at Snip City. He cultivated a welcoming, kind, and fun space for people to gather and connect. His spirit rocks on through kindness and connection in all of us who knew him and loved him (and were lovingly teased by him).
